Travel to Blackrock Mountain in the northwest and enter Blackrock Depths. Find out what became of Marshal Windsor. You recall Ragged John talking about Windsor being dragged off to a prison.

Marshal Maxwell: So that good for nothing coward says that Windsor is alive, eh?

Suit up, deputy, you are going in to find him. If Windsor is alive, you are to bring him back. If he's dead, I want proof.

<Maxwell laughs.>
