Two page spread from that Italian Gaming Magazine.. I've posted the fairly long google translation that I did on the 'read more' below.
In a nutshell, it seems to jive well with the spybot post below. Blood elves join the horde, Kharazan (Medivh's tower opens), as I assume that players will have to use the spell from Medivh's tower to open the dark portal to the outlands. Sounds like it will be a long wait until may when the expansion is released! =) I can't wait.

-Blood Elven homeland will be Quel'Thalas which is located north of the Eastern Plagelands.
Sunstrider Isle is the starting/newbie area and Silvermoon is their capital city. There are also two attached
zones, Ghostland and a troll area called Zul'Aman.
-Level cap of 70. You can get a flying mount after a long quest chain, that is useable only in the Outlands.
-No hero classes, sorry folks.
-Battlegrounds linked between servers.
-New weather effects will be in the next patch, not the next expansion.
-Sithilus will be introduced by a live event that will require server-wide collaboration, and only occur once for each server.
The temple behind the scarab wall is a 20 player dungeon that is 3x the size of MC. You can also get insect mounts to ride while inside the dungeon.
