I am a level 24 Tauren Druid and these guys really rock. My style of play varies from the opponent for example if I were to be against a melee styled figher I would Starfire the main nuke of a druid then I would go with Wrath if the person or npc has a charge of some sort cast Faerie Fire a wicked debuff and then when that is done do the Thunder Stomp a Tauren racial stun. While the opponent is stunned then cast Regrowth a heal over time spell. Quickly get into bear form. Once in bear form Demoralizing Roar drops their attack power. Then from there you are battling like a melee fighter with your opponent already nuked, debuffedx2 and your Regrowth just wearing off but your still in good health. From there its pretty basic if you can fight them off you can just use your stun while in bear form and switch back to Druid form if you were in bear form for more than a minute you can use the Thunder Stomp again and start to heal yourself the stun lasts long enough to get the heal started and partway through. You should be fully healed and have enough mana to go back to bear form. Easliy do 2 or 3 on 1. Mark of the Wild is the best buff in the game

your method sucks. it is very inefficient and godawfully slow. there's no need for you to do half of the stuff you do. a starfire to pull and a moonfire to dot (and if they're hard hitters an extra rejuv) and then you just go into bear/cat form. you should be able to take enemies at or around your level just like that. there's no need to hit them with faerie fire or stun them or debuff their attack. those debuffs are useful in long battles. but against normal mobs there's no need to use them.

against elites it might be harder if they're even con, but just root/dot them with moonfire and you will have no problem.

I wouldn't say his method sucks everyone has their own way to level a Druid.

Personally when I was solo I'd start out in Cat Form then shift to caster form when I need a heal all the while I'm tracking and watching out for my own back.

But wth do I know I'm only lvl 60 and a Restoration Druid

 Thanks Vorad for pointing out the painfully obvious to this fool
For my defence, it is merely a suggestion. Thats it thats all. Druids are so versatile that there is many ways to beat down a "fool". Currently I am 28 and in two levels no one my level will be able to beat me. Why you ask. Travel Form and Natures Swiftness with those two I will be unstoppable.

For starters I would rip thru your cloth so fast. And seconders don't you read the topic. With those two I can eiter instant root then travel to a safe distance then heal or I can stomp travel to a safe distance away then have a instant heal. For a lvl 60 you figure you would have the common sense to realize that travel form and/or natures swiftness are not to taken lightly.

Or for a level 60, you might figure he would actually know better about this than somebody who is theorizing about abilities they are 2 levels from even having...

Just find what you're comfortable with and go with it. My biggest problems with a PvP server was the ganking that went on thus 90% of the time I spent in Cat form.

The only time I found myself using Bear form more often was when in instances. Either to pull aggro, tank or to get a stun off.

Thats the beauty of Druids you're a little bit of everything you just need to find out when to use the forms in order to become more efficient. Honestly though as a Restoration Druid my main concern was about Mana Conservation and how to use forms to increase Mana Conservation.

You are so naive it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

You seem to forget the fact that I can blink out of roots, shield myself, root you in place too...etc. Ragardless each class has its ups and downs but do continue about how "uber" druids are, I love it!

Just keep in mind each player's skill matters much more than thier abilities or class...but keep em coming Sparky!

Its true every class definately has its ups and downs. More true that it does not matter what class you play if you play on a PvP server you gotta be good and quik to be effective. And theorizing about what I'm gonna do in two levels is what this board was originally made for so i don't know what rusty over there is going on about. Innervate is pretty wicked as well. I would have to start with a root then wrath if still in root start a starfire then start another root ect till i was 1/4 mana left cast another root then travel form and run to safe distance then innervate. once that is done bear form and do a feral charge duke it out for a bit holding back on bash for when a heal is going down. keep that up for a bit then when you are 1/4 health jump into caster form then stomp or root or stomp then root travel form run to safe distance then cast a heal then once in full health spam moonfire then go into bear from all the while have them faerie fired and demoralized and you should be good.Back to the mage are you guys really getting invisibality
