Auto-attacking while in stealth

is there anyway to stop this. I'm trying to pickpocket some syndicate members and my rouge keeps freaking attacking everyone even if i sucessfully pick pocket them :\

What you are describing doesn't sound like normal behavior for a rogue... you've got to be doing something, like... left clicking with the sword on your target or something?

Check your interface options. There is a option for auto-attacking there. It might be why you are having that problem.
