Schematic: Force Reactive Disk

Who in Molten Core drops the schematic for Force Reactive Disk and how common a drop is it? Is it BoP or BoU? If it is BoU, how much would it cost a guy to buy it?

If my memory serves me correctly, it's dropped by misc. bosses in Molten Core. The schematic *is* bind on pickup, so you couldn't buy it. You could maybe find an engineer who could make one however.

As far as cost.. I'm not sure. 8 essence of air, 6 arcanite bars... at least 600gp? for materials.
