Well thats quite an open question.

Rogues do alot of damage and fast. So in theory they could kill faster - but also die quicker.

If your looking at grinding then it'll go fast.

They are porbably the fastest leveling class there is, for grinding.

They use energy, which has a really fast regen rate. Compared to mana which has alot of down time.

Steath, can grind instances for XP.

Vanish, if you get in trouble and might die, just vanish. This pretty much means you wont die. But 5 min cooldown.
