There are several rogue items that can be farmed. Depending on level of course. One of the most infamous level 19 sets is the Defias Armor from the deadmines dungeon in westfall.

3. Blackened Defias Gloves
4. Blackened Defias Boots
5. Blackened Defias Leggings
6. Defias Rapier
7. Defias Renegade Ring
8. Red Defias Mask

Another good place to farm higher level iteam is Maraudron.

2. Claw of Celebras
3. Phytoskin Spaulders
4. Fungus Shroud Armor
5. Albino Crocscale Boots

A rule od thumb is Agility, Agility, Agility and Stamina
