Where can I find out more about this skinning knife that is enchanted for skinning?

Rare drop, but only item that can skin The Beast for the rare item Pristine Hide of the Beast, needed for a high lvl piece of equipment for a few classes.

Remember, you must have the dagger equipped for the +10 skinning to be in effect, so make sure you are trained in daggers if you want to roll on it.

And also know that when the knife drops everyone gets to roll...and, to make matters worse (or so I've read here), IF you happen to get the Pristine Hide when you skin The Beast everyone gets to roll on that too.

In the new instance Zul'Gurub there is a sword that drops that gives +10 to skinning. So incase you cannot use daggers (Paladins?), this will be your way to skin The Beast.
