Where are the best places to find these leathers in Alliance areas?

I really like farming rugged just outside of feathermoon. Its a little out of the way, but if you farm there, and just mail another toon in IF the rugged you can make some decent money. There never anyone else farming there...so its pretty much all yours.

rarely you get it for 1.0 -1.3 but normally its going for 1.4+ up to 2.0g
