:	Gesharahan also drops Pulsating Hydra Heart, it's a 22.5% or lower chance to recieve it, but i found it on the Argent Dawn server. Other sites say that it's value is only 15 silver, but i was able to sell it to a merchant for 56. Instead, I sold it on AH for 1 and a half GOLD.
:	There is also a bigger llist of items that this creature drops. rarer, there are three blue items that are possible to drop from this.
