rwsherman:	It is up in Darkcloud Pinnacle. Not all that hard. Did it as a level 29 Elf Pally. Clear the area, one should be a pro at doing this by the time you reach the fire area. Put the Incendia Powder on the fire...back away a little...and Arikara appears.
